Aloha and welcome to Ina Soul’s Heartworks Lomi Lomi practitioner level 1& 2 courses.

Thank you for taking an interest in learning Heartworks Lomi Lomi massage, the Ancient Hawaiian healing Art for body, mind, and spirit. This course is held with Dani in Apollo Bay, Victoria. Where the forest meets the ocean, this is a beautiful, healing and nurturing location that is a supportive space to learn and expand.

Heartworks Lomi Lomi is a full-body holistic massage that brings balance and connection to body, mind, and spirit. It is deeply relaxing, nurturing, and powerful in its essence. It relieves muscle tension and cleanses the lymphatic system and energy lines of the body bringing a sense of connection, renewal and fresh vitality. It soothes the body - mind, opens the heart, and is felt as a spiritual healing that potentially opens us up more to life and love.

Heartworks lomi lomi ~ Level1Practitioner 4 days includes ~

*Learning how to confidently give and receive a full body 90-minute Hawaiian heartworks lomi lomi massage.

*being nourished by gentle exercise, qigong / yoga, meditation, and nature experiences and nutritious vegetarian meals whilst on the course are provided.

*Practises to help you recharge, re-energize, and to connect more deeply to yourself, others, and the world we live in, in a more loving, peaceful, and harmonious way.

*An introduction to the Hawaiian 7 Principles (Philosophies) of Huna and how to integrate them into your life.

Heartworks lomi lomi ~ Level2 Practioner 5 days includes ~

*Learning more techniques and processes to enhance your style of lomi lomi. It was designed for you and your clients to go deeper within the body and emotional and spiritual aspects of self.

*An introduction into using hot stones in your massage.

*Learning 2 on 1 Heartworks lomi lomi. 4 hands massage. 2 practitioners working harmoniously together with 1 client..

*New processes, meditations and techniques to open the heart and connect more deeply body, mind and soul. Heartworks lomi lomi level 2 is a powerful and deeply healing journey.

*This is the training that made me fall in love with lomi lomi all over again and inspires me to bring this training to those who also wish to really embody the essence of this deeply cleansing, nurturing and healing touch and share it with the world. I hope you are also inspired to deepen your practice and join the journey.

At the completion of each training, you will receive an Accredited Heartworks Lomi Lomi practitioner certificate. This is a ‘Mette’s Institute’ approved course and enables you to be a Heartworks Lomi Lomi practitioner to use professionally or share confidently with friends and family. This certificate is also accredited by the ‘International Institute for Complimentary Therapies’ giving students access to very affordable professional insurance.

Many people choose to do this course to learn a new skill and to develop their own personal growth, connection and wellbeing without needing to be a practitioner.

This is a beautiful weekend of learning new skills of

massage, meditation, self-care, and fun connections.

The courses are currently ‘live-out’ meaning accommodation is not included and you will need to organise your own local accommodation in Apollo Bay.
